User Agreement
Effective September 27, 2026
1. Scope
This Agreement governs the Morphena AI website (morphena.online), account and automated image and video creation features. Paid services are additionally governed by the Public Offer.
2. Service
The Provider performs a digital service by processing user materials and generating an AI output. Tokens are internal service accounting units only.
3. User content
You confirm that you may lawfully use submitted materials and grant a limited permission to process and transmit them to technology providers solely to perform the service.
4. Prohibited use
NSFW, pornographic, erotic or sexualized content is strictly prohibited, including sexualization, nudity or exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, illegal content, privacy or intellectual-property violations, fraud, harmful instructions and attempts to bypass model safeguards. A confirmed violation may result in rejection, permanent account suspension; refund requests are assessed separately under applicable law and the Payments and Refunds Policy.
5. AI limitations
Outputs are automated and may contain artifacts or differ from examples. You must review an output before publication.

Account use and communications
Paid features are provided in the customer’s account. Keep access to your account email, protect your password and report suspected unauthorized access. Payment, service and support notifications are delivered in the interface or to your account contact details. Marketing messages require separate consent.
Suspension of access
Access may be restricted for confirmed rule violations, security threats or maintenance. Contact the Provider to dispute a restriction. Suspension does not remove mandatory user rights or automatically forfeit all unused prepaid services.
Intellectual property
Rights in the interface, code, design and Morphena AI materials belong to their respective owners. Payment does not transfer software rights or authorize copying or reselling the service. You retain rights in your inputs; generated outputs may be used subject to applicable law, third-party rights and the relevant model’s terms. Output uniqueness and exclusive copyright in automatically generated content are not guaranteed.
Availability and liability
The service does not guarantee commercial outcomes, continuous availability of external models or an exact match to an example. Review the legality and suitability of an output before use. The Provider remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law; technical failures or third-party acts do not automatically exclude liability.
