Payment after accepting these terms forms a paid services agreement.
2. Service
The Provider performs an online AI image or video generation service.
3. Refunds
Requests are handled in accordance with applicable Russian law and the Payments and Refunds Policy.

Order contents and plans
Select a token package or PRO plan in the interface. Before payment, the price, paid and bonus token quantities or PRO duration and benefits, and any applicable discount are displayed. Tokens account for prepaid AI services, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be used outside Morphena AI. Bonus tokens are provided without a separate charge and have no separate cash value.
Confirmation and delivery
An order is placed after reviewing and accepting this Offer. Tokens are credited or PRO is activated after server confirmation of successful payment. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment. If a paid order is missing, send support the payment reference, date and amount; another payment is not required for verification. There is no physical delivery: access and outputs are provided online in your account.
PRO duration and generation
PRO runs for the selected plan duration from activation. The current PRO purchase is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal or recurring charges. The token cost of each AI request is shown before submission; model availability and request settings appear in the interface. Processing time depends on the model, request complexity and load; progress appears in your account. New prices and Offer revisions do not retroactively change an already paid order.
