We process account, technical, support, payment metadata and submitted media to provide the service. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not received by Morphena AI.

Requests for access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal may be sent to support@morphena.online.

Payment data and service providers
Checkout may send the payment provider the amount, currency, order description, transaction reference and email for payment documents. The provider returns the payment reference, status and metadata. Robokassa handles current payments; Platega will receive necessary information only when its payment method is used after connection. AI providers receive necessary input media and prompts, not bank details. This Policy does not authorize public disclosure of personal data.
Retention, requests and withdrawal
Files are retained for the period stated in this Policy; account data for as long as needed to serve the account; payment and legally relevant records for statutory periods. Send access, correction, deletion and consent-withdrawal requests to the Provider’s email. Verification may be required to protect your account. Withdrawal does not end processing legally required for contract performance or statutory duties. Separate external analytics consent is managed through cookie settings.
Data scope and Policy updates
Morphena AI is available at morphena.online. Interaction history includes generation requests, job statuses, token transactions and support requests. Passport details are not required for ordinary registration or generation. Images and videos are processed when you upload them for a request. Revisions are published with an update date; material changes are communicated through available channels. Publishing this Policy does not replace separate consent where legally required. The controller retains its statutory data-protection duties when engaging third parties.
